Estrella graduated from Denison University with a double major in Anthropology/Sociology and Spanish in 2023. As a former scholar she was able to obtain experience working with the Schuler Scholar Program, as a Campus Ambassador and College Connections Peer Mentor Intern. This led to her interested in joining the Schuler Scholar Program as an Academic Coach and in hopes to aspire her dream of becoming an ESL teacher.

Some of Estrella's interest and hobbies are playing sports, more specifically volleyball and soccer, she has been playing since she was a little girl. Estrella enjoys reading mystery books, along with other fantasy books. When its a nice day outside she likes to go outside and paint while listening to music; she is a fan of the show Friends and Harry Potter.
