Before Schuler, he worked as a McNair Scholar Fellow, assisting other McNair scholars apply to graduate school and secure funding. Most of his academic backing stems from social justice work that he led at Beloit College and now in his research. Outside of work, Teddy enjoys gaming, comics, TV, basketball, conducting research on social injustice, anime and club lacrosse.
