Stacey's career path has been shaped by her love of social work values and making educational goals accessible. Stacey worked in different departments in the higher education industry, more recently as a Graduate Admission Advisor. She wants to continue supporting overlooked student populations by continuing advocacy in the education system. She feels passionate about being another resource for students as they transition from high school to college.
Stacey is originally from Salem, Oregon and remained in the Pacific Northwest to attend college in Seattle, Washington. Fun fact: She had never been to Chicago until she visited her graduate school campus! Stacey enjoys going to museums, concerts and movies all around Chicago.
"Never, ever be afraid to make some noise and get in good trouble, necessary trouble." -John Lewis
