Ruby graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. On campus, she served as a peer mentor for first-year students from underrepresented backgrounds, was a part of the executive board for the Latine Group on campus (LACOS), and was a part of the Bucknell Cheerleading team. She has laboratory experience at Bucknell University regarding Multicultural Health Psychology.

Outside of work, Ruby enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going on walks with her dogs (Poodle and Shih Tzu), most outdoor activities, and strength training.
