Noemi began her career working in education at Cristo Rey College Prep working as the Corporate Work Study Program Coordinator. Two years later she joined the Schuler team working for the AmeriCorps Program. As a Scholar alum, she felt closely tied with the Schuler Scholar Program and wanted to give back. Noemi assists in the recruitment of our Scholar Coaches and manages the AmeriCorps Program. Through her work in recruitment, she decided to pursue her Master's degree in Human Resources Management which she hopes to complete in December 2019.

In her spare time, Noemi likes to spend time with her daughter and play with her dog Snickers. She enjoys traveling, podcasts, and family gatherings.
