Noelle Dela Cruz is a global thinker with experience working within different cultures and environments. Prior to Schuler Noelle worked in South Korea for two years teaching English and has led workshops on College Readiness, Professional Development, Personal Branding and Restorative Justice to High School Students in Milwaukee and the Chicagoland area. She currently serves as Educational Counselor at Highland Park High School and pursuing a Masters of Education in Urban Higher Education at the University of Chicago.

In Noelle's freetime she enjoys traveling and going to concerts/festivals.
