While attending Kenyon College, Jenna spent much of her time researching the experiences of low income students at selective universities. She was particularly interested in the intersection between food and identity, and was motivated by her own experiences as a low income student. This research project sparked her passion for college access and led her to Schuler where she was a Scholar Coach at George Westinghouse College Prep for two years. She now serves as a College Counselor at Senn High School. Jenna is excited to work with students as they reflect on their identities, dreams, and skills and make the next big decision in life: where to attend college.
In her free time, Jenna enjoys learning about and collecting house plants, watching her goldfish swim, and exploring new parts of Chicago.
