While Ndaya has primarily worked within education, she has also served as a legal assistant at an immigration law firm, and a victim advocate for people dealing with sexual abuse, domestic violence, and stalking. Working for the Schuler Scholar Program has been a longtime dream of Ndaya’s, and she is ecstatic that it has finally come true.
Born in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and raised primarily in Lima, Peru, Ndaya is not only bilingual, but also extremely culturally competent. In her spare time, Ndaya enjoys traveling abroad, reading/researching, and spending time with her family.

“So much of what we do begins with helping Schuler Scholars commit to the effort to get accepted into top colleges. From there you want them to believe that it will happen.”
