Helping high potential youth gain access into the most selective colleges and universities in the country
The Schuler Scholar Program values community service and during high school all scholars are encouraged to participate in Social Awareness and Action (SAA).
SAA is a service-based learning initiative that aims to construct and inspire well-informed, responsible, and active citizens. Through direct service, advocacy, and reflection SAA fosters exploration of individual and societal values. Service may take place in local, national, or global communities.
The Schuler Scholar Program aids in providing scholars with unique opportunities to develop service experiences. Scholars help plan, participate in and evaluate projects. Schuler staff members serve as chaperones and local community outreach coordinators serve as additional contacts and advisors.
The Schuler Scholar Program seeks community collaborators. If you are an organization interested in partnering with the Schuler Scholar Program, please contact Dave Sweeney at david@schulerprogram.org.
