How to Apply
Applications are now being accepted for the 2012 – 2013 school year.
Applicants should:
- Graduate college in the Spring of 2012
- Make a 1-2 year commitment to serve
- Be able to relocate to the northern suburbs of Chicago no later than July 25, 2012 for a start date of July 26th, 2012
- Be able be to attend/chaperone one session of Schuler leadership camp at Camp Manito-wish in Boulder Junction, WI. 2012 Camp sessions are: May 29 - June 10, June 3-16, June 8-20, June 30 - July 13, July 29 - August 10, and August 2-13. Transportation to and from camp will be provided. (Arrival is 1-2 days prior to the camp start date and departure is one day after the camp end date.)

- Qualified applicants participate in a 30 minute pre-screening phone interview
- Second round 30-45 minute Skype interviews take place 1 - 3 weeks after pre-screen
- Final round interviews are in person. 2010 final interview dates are tentatively scheduled for January 6th, 2012, March 2nd, 2012, and May 4th, 2012. Candidates will be assigned final interview dates based upon their progression in the application process. Qualified applicants will be flown in to participate in a half-day interview.
- Within 1-3 weeks of the final interview, applicants will be notified via phone and email of the results of the interview process
